A luxurious coastal retreat designed for work-from-home professionals and small families, this space combines contemporary architecture with serene seafront living. The layout emphasizes open, fluid interiors framed by expansive glazing to maximize natural light and ocean views, while private zones ensure comfort and productivity. Modern amenities are seamlessly integrated into the design, complemented by tranquil surroundings and carefully curated materials that balance sophistication with a relaxed coastal aesthetic.




Villa Aurora House

This two-storey modern treehouse, elevated above the rice paddies, features expansive glass walls for seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a cantilevered plunge pool that extends from the lower level, creating a striking focal point while blending harmoniously with the natural landscape.




Kubli Bistro

The first bistro in Baler’s prime Sabang Beach location, Kubli aims to provide customers with a warm and comfortable dining experience in a renovated building that was once a home, blending architecture with hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere.
